Guidelines for preparing a detailed protocol

Download the appropriate protocols in the Regen Lab Protocols Folder in Google Drive (as applicable).
Update the revised date and revised by
Update the materials needed (indicate the company and catalog number) and ensure that these are available in the lab
Update the step by step procedure as needed (Note that this procedure requires the exact volume and concentrations of stock and working solutions – this is different from the final concentration of reagents instructed for the main thesis manuscript)
Upload each protocol to the appropriate Google Drive on a new word document with the file name “YYYY-MM-DD_TITLE OF THE PROCOTOL_Initials”
